Vic: Accused people smuggler challenges authorities to prosecute
Accused people smuggler ALI CETIN has reportedly challenged authorities to prosecute him.
The Sydney kebab-shop owner was photographed with a group of Turkish Kurds who unsuccessfully
claimed asylum on Melville Island in November.
The Age newspaper says Mr CETIN claims he is a victim of circumstance.
