Vic: Crisis meeting to avert public hospital industrial chaos

MELBOURNE, Feb 22 AAP - A crisis meeting between the health union and authorities has
been scheduled for later today in an attempt to avert industrial chaos in Victoria's hospitals.

Staff at the Western Hospital walked off the job last week as the Health Services Union
of Australia No 1 Branch (HSUA) began a campaign for a new pay deal for cleaners, orderlies
and other health workers.
